Lindfield Pre-School Nursery aims to:

• Support pre-school development and education involving a child's parents, family and the local community.

We offer your child:

• A special tailored curriculum.

• Individual care and attention with a high ratio of adults to children; 1:5. (1:4 for two year olds with a maximum of 36 children per session.)

• Fun and friendship with other children and adults.

• The support of a personal Keyworker.

• Opportunities for you to participate in your child's progress.

In our most recent Ofsted inspection Lindfield was again rated as good in every area.

Comments from our 'Good' Ofsted Report published in March 2024

• Children happily chatter to the warm, welcoming staff as they arrive at this setting. They hurry into the rooms, excited to spend time with their friends.

• Staff have high expectations for children's behaviour and learning. Staff are good role models, and children behave well.

• Children make good progress from their starting points. Staff successfully help children to develop the skills and knowledge needed for the next stage in their learning.

• Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported very well. Staff work with parents and support with referrals to ensure that children receive help in the quickest time possible. Staff work closely with other professionals to help children achieve their goals. They provide an inclusive environment where all children are valued.
